When talking to God...

Just today I met with danger...
And on this same day, I went to church for a reading practice...
Just hours before that, I almost met with a car accident...
I could have landed up on a hospital bed or worse but instead I was in church attending my reading practice...

And so I headed for church...
My mother drove this time...
Still a troubled by the incident in the afternoon, I sat in the car quietly...
So we reached church after a few minutes drive...
I went to the toilet and then entered the church...
There were some others there to attend for the reading practice...
So I entered the church and took a seat...
I waited for Aunty Mary Rajoo as she was dealing with someone else's reading...
So as I was seated alone there alone, I decided to pray to God...
I follow my usual sequence of prayer and finally came to the last part...
I thanked Him most of all that I could even be there in the first place to talk to Him...
I had a talk with God...

The talk was about how I felt earlier this afternoon...
About how scared I was...
About how useless I felt..
About feeling not unique...
About the tears that I shed...
About wanting to quit..
About doing something with all my enthusiasm and confidence...
About driving...
Do I really feel that way???
Do I really hate driving??
The answer is....
It is up to me to decide...
It is not fixed...
That is what is so awesome about it...
And I've decided that is not how I really feel...
I do not hate driving...
It is something I've been waiting for a long time to do...
I'm not going to let that incident though dangerous to break my spirit...
I want to be greater than that...
I shed those tears for a reason...
So I will be more careful when driving from now on...
Full attention in everything I do...

But the thing is, I could have said that earlier but why now??
The funny thing about talking to God is....
You do not hear a voice replying to you..
But does that mean he is not talking to you??
Of course not, there was this feeling...
And then, when I read the bible reading...
Coincidentally, the reading was like God's advice to me..
And then I felt this warm feeling in me...
I knew that God was with me the whole time...
He was actually the one who called to me when I almost made a mistake on the road...
He held my hand together when I controlled the steering wheel..
I realised that it really is important that I pray every time I'm about to drive..
I did not this afternoon and see what happen...
So I'll always say a short prayer before driving, "May there be no harm to me and to others as well. "
A simple prayer but a great protection...

Now, I'm excited, enthusiastic, and happy again...
I will live on with my uniqueness that none can match...
I will do what God wanted me to do...
Be the me that he made me to be...
To be none other than, Jason Niap...
That boy that was born with his own uniqueness...

Danger on the Road

Today something very scary happened...
It was an event after school...

After having my lunch at the mamak shop, I drove the car back home with my mother by the side...
There was a traffic jam so I had to drive slowly...
As I reached one of the traffic lights, I stopped...
After the red light turned to green, my mother asked me to change to the right lane...
I was about to move to the lane but I did not put on my signal..
So my mum asked me to put the signal on...
As I was busy listening to my mother's order, I had forgotten to look out for incoming cars...

I was slowly moving towards the other lane but a car was coming from the back...
Little did I know about it..
My mother was saying that there was a car coming but I was busy trying to move and put the signal on...
At that moment, it was like I totally forgotten about everything else..
In my head was like, "Change to the other lane, Signal, Change to the other lane, Signal"
I was moving blindly...
The car was coming close and my mum panicked...
She kept on warning me about the car and when I almost hit the car my mother screamed feeling panic...
I was suddenly aware and I quickly avoided the car...

At that moment, I was actually already feeling scared...
My scared mother was in a way scolding me...
I argued back at her saying "You keep asking me to change lane and put the signal then you shouting all somemore, I sure panic also la!! "
I shouted...
But deep down, I was actually scared...
It all happened in a blink of an eye...
If I was a second slower, I might not even be typing this now...
I could literally feel my hands shivering but I drove anyways...
I kept arguing with my mother and eventually I decided to just shut up and drive...

It was scary...
On the straight lane back at my housing area...
I wanted to just let it out a little so I moved a little faster but safely at the same time...
But that did not really help...
I was very angry...
I went up to my room as soon as we got back...
I was very very angry in fact...
But at the same time, I felt fear...
That incident was rather traumatizing for me...
I could have imagined being hit and ended up in a hospital or worse...
I kept thinking to myself...
And all that thinking, I felt tears rolling down my eyes...
I was scared and yet pissed...

I thought to myself , "I can drive why must she be so sensitive about it. I'm a new driver but yet she keeps telling me what to do as I'm driving. That is like back seat driving."
I felt like she was the one that disturbed my attention and almost caused it to happen...
She made me panic at that moment...
After taking a shower, I lied down on my bed thinking about it...
I could feel myself shivering all over...
I was traumatized...
I suddenly just lost the feeling of wanting to drive already..
I felt like a stupid guy...
With all my enthusiasm, all my confidence in everything I do...
I slowly start to feel  that many people don't like the way I do things...
They keep want to keep me under control telling me what to do...
I cried silently on my bed...
Sometimes I wished I had a life like others...
I feel my uniqueness was nothing unique..
I wanted to just quit...

Funny huh??? Being the guy who conviences others not to quit and gives advice...
I myself don't follow those advice I give people..
Easily discouraged and all...
I feel like a totally useless guy at that moment...
I still don't feel good as I write this...

I don't feel like asking to drive the car already...
I rather just be the passenger over the driver now...
It would be for the best...
Now I suddenly feel driving is not fun and just somehow hate it already...
But thank God no one was harmed....
Haiizzz....

Youth Parish Retreat

Yesterday morning was the Youth Parish Retreat...
I did not wanted to go and was still in bed at around 7.40am....
Then, my mother woke me up from a SMS from Ezra...
He told me he was going and asked if I wanted to go...
At first I hesitated, but after SMS Ezra back and forth, I finally decided to go...
So slowly I woke up feeling tired as I slept late last night not expecting to go for the retreat....
I quickly got prepared and headed off to church...
As I was preparing, I realised something...
It wasn't my Ezra who is asking me to go for this retreat...
Instead, it was actually a call from God...
A call to join my friends to learn more about our faith and him....
I was awed by this...

I got there at around 8.25am, it was almost beginning...
I entered the hall and I saw my teachers and friends...
I looked for a place but there wasn't any where I could sit with my friends....
So I helped the teachers to arrange more chairs at the back...
Soon after, Ezra came and we sat together at one corner of the hall....
Father John first gave a speech and all, welcoming us for the retreat...
After that, we started with the praise and worship done by the CSS and the Y2Y...
I did not particularly like the first song but I did like the second one...
After the praise and worship, we had Father Raymond Michael facilitating this retreat...
He was gonna run the sessions in the morning...
He was a nice and funny priest... (Not as funny as Father Danny though)
He was a Franciscan Capuchin priest...
He began by telling us about the World Youth Day at Madrid which just recently ended...
Then, he elaborated on it...
About the Popes message to Youths and stuff like that...
A video about the history of World Youth Day was shown to us...
After the video, he mentioned the three key words that the Pope used:
  • Planted
  • Built up
  • Firm
Those words represent the foundation of our faith, building it up and making it strong and firm...
So for the first session, he elaborated on this three words and finally he broke us into groups....
We were to do a sharing among our own group about,
"How am I rooted in my Catholic faith?"
The question went something like that (I've forgotten)
I was chosen as the leader....
So each member of the team discussed about this question...
I asked them to share and we moved in an anticlockwise rotation...
Everyone gave some answers and Luke was writing them down as I tell him what to write...
Once the sharing session had ended, each team was to present about it to the others...
Most people had almost the same answers but with a few add-on here and there...
Once the presenting ended, we went for a short tea break at the cafeteria...
We had wade and tea/coffee for breakfast...
I sat with my some of my friends around the three while everyone else was sitting on the tables...

After the break, we re-entered the hall and took our place...
Father Raymond Michael mentioned about the new Eucharist...
He said that the words that we use during Mass will be changed to the new translation from the original text....
He explained briefly about it as Father Alvin Ho(one of our new priest in the Parish) was going to explain more detailed later in the afternoon...
Father Raymond Michael explained about the history of the Eucharist and what it is...
He also mentioned about the difference between hearing and listening...
While explaining the history of the Eucharist, he told us when the first Mass ever was held...
It was the Last Supper, that was the first ever Mass in history of the Catholic Church...
He also told us about offertory during the Middle Ages...
Back then, people would bring livestocks as and offering during Mass...
These livestocks will be used to feed the poor...
But in the present day, we would instead give money for the priest to buy food for the poor...
Another thing was when the priest wipes his hand, it symbolises wiping the dirty hands after accepting the offering in those days...
The history of the Eucharist and what it symbolises in those day was truly amazing...
Somewhere during one of the sessions, Father had also shown us some videos of people talking about how they are rooted in their faith as Catholics...
After explaining about the Eucharist and all, we again went back to our group to answer these questions:
  1. What is the Eucharist?
  2. What part does the Eucharist play in my life?
They were rather difficult questions to answer...
Not many people could give us answers for this so Luke and me crapped up some answers by ourselves and after hearing some comments from a few of them...
Then again, the groups were called out to present our answers but this time starting with group 6, my group...
So I went up and told our answers...
Once everyone was finished, Father Raymond Michael said this to us:
"I've been to many churches in KL but this is one of the best sharing and answers I have ever heard. The depth and meaning is there."
And everyone started clapping and cheering....
We were proud of our youths...
After that session, it was time for lunch...
But before we went for lunch, Father Alvin Ho gave us some instructions before we left the hall...

So it was lunch time, I sat with Ezra, Darell, Esther, Judy and Luke...
Darell was showing Ezra the video from their media camp on his notebook...
The rest was watching...
I've already watched it so I just ate my food but peeked here and there...
After watching that, we watched some other videos on Darell's notebook...
It was all funny...
Joan came by later and watched the videos with us...
While watching the videos, we were all having a chat as well...
After that, we played ANGRY BIRDS!!! for a little while...
The whole lunch break we were busy with Darell's notebook...
By the time we knew it, time had passed and it was time to return to the hall...
Father Alvin started the session by breaking us into our groups...
He used the name list that we wrote and gave him before the break to make the group...
Who would have thought a name list can affect the grouping... Haha XP
But luckily I got my bunch of friends from confirmation as my group...
Who would have thought writing names together would be so good ... Hehe :D
So we broke into our groups....
Each one of us were already given a paper that shows the new translation of the words used in Mass..
Our work was to identify in a group how many changes has been made....
And so in my group consisting of Ezra, Luke, Jude, Steffi, Lisha and me...
We did the task on the hall stage, behind the curtains with the fan and air-cond on :D
It was so hot that day so we took advantage of that...Haha..
Ezra and the girls did the most work while Luke, Judy and me were having fun...
We did help a little though...
Ezra as usual did great...
Once we were done, we were all joking around and laughing our hearts out...
It was fun and soon after, Father Alvin called us all to gather back and take our seats...
He asked the groups one bye one how many differences we spotted...
After that, he went through with us what changed...
Once he was done with that, he explained to us part by part about the celebration of the Mass..
The introductory rite, the liturgy of the word, the liturgy of the Eucharist, and the concluding rite....
He used videos that explained about them and stopped it here and there to explain it to us more detailed...
Father Alvin is a very knowledgeable and serious person..
He does not like people taking lightly on what he talks about..
Russell go it badly from him, and so did Bradley....
After two hours of talking about the history of the Eucharist and explaining it all, we had a tea break...
There only was tea and coffee as the curry puffs have not arrived yet...
But it was refreshing after such a long serious talk...
After the break, we went back to the hall again...

When we were all back in the hall, Father Alvin continued a little more about the Mass celebration...
There was some Q&A session (Question and Answer) and then he gave us instructions again...
We were to move to the Adoration Room three by three...
There was going to be an adoration session there...
The Blessed Sacrament was placed on the table...
Behind that table was the three priests of our Parish (or currently known as the Trinity.. Haha )
The Tamil speaking youths were already kneeling down inside when we got there...
So the rest of us quietly entered the room and knelt down...
Father John was going on with some talking and prayers...
After some time, my knees started to hurt so I knelt in a lower position...
But eventually it got too painful so I sat on the chair as I saw others doing so too...
As everyone was there, we joined Father John with all the chant he was chanting...
One of it, "Be still and know I am God" ...
It was a wonderful chant...
Everyone followed after he chanted it for a few times...
Then, he did it, girls only and boys only...
It was melodious and spiritually relaxing...
Then, I heard some people crying from the chant already...
As usual, in the silent presence of God, singing his praises, people do feel his presence..
I saw the girl kneeling beside me crying so sadly...
I do not cry easily (except in confirmation camp or when I'm very angry/sad)....
But looking at her crying so sadly really makes one's heart feel the same...
I could just feel the strong presence in the room...
Then, we were instructed to go three by three...
To touch the Blessed Sacrament on the bottom part of it while the three priests holds on to our hands and pray for us...
The Blessed Sacrament

Everyone was listening to what Father John was saying and follow whatever chant he was chanting...
The chants were all so beautiful....
While people go in front three by three, chants were chanted and after every chant, Father John says a prayer...
I waited long for my turn to finally come...
People seem rather selfish rushing from the back to get the blessings despite some at the front haven't..
It was rude but there was nothing we can say about it...
Once it was all over, we were blessed and forgiven of our sins...
Father John then talked to us for awhile and finally he said "Now let everyone meet everyone"....
So everyone went around to greet one another with the sign of peace...
Even the three priests join and greeted everyone...
After all that, we had the closing prayer and final word...
After that, we headed to the cafeteria to have the curry puffs that we did not get to eat earlier...
I stayed there with Darell and Ezra for awhile, chit chatting while eating curry puff along with air bandung...
Once I was finish, I headed for the hall and then I went back with teacher Gerald...

Retreats like this is really worth the time and should be done more often...
I found it rather satisfying and look forward to more of it...
Till next time readers ^^

Such a mood killer!!!

Yesterday was a tiring, fun yet bad day for me...

We have just finished our last paper (for now actually), Biology, yesterday..
We planned a futsal game later that night...
We wanted to enjoy ourselves after two long week of exams...
And so I went home tired from doing the exam..
We were all excited that it was the last paper...
Lai had also planned a badminton game just before the futsal game...
At first I did not wanted to go, but after thinking about it, I decided to go for both....
So it was 4 hours straight of exercise. But I was down with it...
When I reached home, I took a shower first...
After that, I had a cup of milo with biscuits and a plate of mee...
I knew I have no time to have dinner because I would be out playing from 6.30pm to 10.30pm so I ate as much as I can first...
At 5pm, I watched the Challenger (A Korean variety program). It was a great episode which was rather hard to watch from what happened...
My favourite player was out of the game and I was rather pissed from what happened...
Right after that program, I rushed and packed my stuff...
I quickly got prepared and my dad took me to the badminton centre, Summer Sports...
I asked him for RM20 and he asked me a lot of questions...
On the way there, I got annoyed from the nagging he gave me....
When I got there, no one had arrived yet...
I called Lai and Sachin...
They both said they were on the way...
So I waited outside as it was my first time there....
When Lai arrived, we entered the building....
Lai had already booked a court but sadly there was only one available court...
So Lai and me started to play first...
It has been a long time since I last played badminton so I was a bit stiff...
After playing awhile, I slowly got my touch back..
Soon after, Loi came and the Sachin..
We had a problem that time, Lai only brought two shuttlecocks and they were cheap ones..
So we were running out of good shuttlecocks but we continued playing...
Later, Jason Too came and then Soong...
Soong was suppose to bring Kavee but he forgotten...
After playing awhile, the shuttlecocks was in such a bad shape and we needed a new one..
So they took one on the floor from another court...
But that got into a bad shape after a few games too...
In the end, Lai found some good shuttlecocks from the dustbin (LOL XD )
We used it though...
It was a good brand ~Sealion ~
There was so many of it...
We just had to take them...
We played with them despite it being dirty...
After some time, we saw Kavee coming in with his father and his father's friends..
Sachin told me that his father is a badminton player and they go there quite often...
We kept playing and had fun till the last minute...
When we were done, we changed and headed for futsal at Public Star just next door....

I was expecting a fun game of futsal even though I had already played badminton earlier...
We saw them and greeted them excitedly..
I was having some snacks while we were waiting for some of the others to arrive...
Once we had enough players, we entered the court...
We were having fun at first as we all played like how we always do...
Then when the crowd started getting bigger, they decided to break into two and open up two court...
But the problem here was that there would only be 8 players on both court...
They have taken all the ones that knew how to play on one court and does who do not play really well on the other...
I was among does who could not play so well...
I had argued with that fact a little at first and I also said that it is difficult to play a 4v4 match like that...
They did not listen and just went on with it...
So I played on...
As we were playing, I saw the others playing on the other court...
They were playing so seriously like as though it was some bloody competition...
We here on the other court was having fun...
But in the process of playing, I slowly saw them getting bored and playing without any spirit...
It was getting boring and we stopped playing...
Then we started to discuss about what was going on...
Some was not happy with what was happening....
We discussed with them on the other side..
They asked why we were not playing...
I told them again that we came to have fun, run around and laugh...
But that was not what was happening...
Slowly from a discussion it became an argument...
At first it was a rather small argument till I got totally pissed off by what Jason Too said:
"Why you all not playing? Don't tell me you all noob cause if you say that then I'll f*cked you up. I have a good reason to."
That line really crossed it...
It was damn pissed at him that I almost wanted to hit him...
Luckily we were on separate court and there was a net between us otherwise who knows what I would have done...
We broke up the discussion and I discussed with some of them at my court...
I was already angered at that point of time...
Angrily I said:
"We came here to have fun, not to play a bloody tournament. We are not training for a tournament. I came here despite being tired to have fun with friends. Not to be screwed by an ugly idiot like him (Jason Too I mean). I could have easily just stayed at home and be playing games now."
I even thanked Lai for inviting me for a fun badminton game before the futsal game...
Then I backed off the group, I was thinking to myself again as I always do when I get angry...
And then, I felt tears rolling down my eye...
It has been a long time since I ever cried from being angry...
And yet I cried again, because of the same fool who always makes me cry from anger....
I really could not hold it back already that time...
But the group then decided this:
"We are going to play for awhile more. We finish up one hour and then we close one court. We will just pay for one hour and go home rather than wasting our time here."

I agreed on that proposal and so we played awhile more till it was 9.30pm....
After that, one court was closed...
Lai, Sachin, Soong, Bryan and myself...
We decided to leave...
We sat at the bench and was discussing what to do...
The rest had entered the court and continued to play again...
We were deciding between playing badminton again, going home, going somewhere to eat or continue playing...
In the end we decided to go to Summer Sports first...
We all took out our share of the pay and gave it to Zafri...
We quietly left the futsal centre without saying bye...
I was the most pissed and sad I guess...
It really was a mood killer...
When we got to Summer Sports, we all finally decided to just go back home and have our rest...
Soong was the first one off as he could drive...
Then Lai went back not long after...
Bryan, Sachin and me...
We were waiting for our parents to arrive..
We sat on the block at the entrance of the badminton centre waiting for our parents...
We were having a chat about what had just happened and some other stuff...
After awhile, my father came and I was off back to my house...

The thing about all this was, I'm not sure who really is at fault actually...
When I got home and thought about it, I felt like I was the cause of all this commotion...
But there were certain events that would have triggered it...
One was what Jason Too had told me..
Two, I was tired and exhausted after such a long day...
Three, it was crowded...
Four, it was not well organised...
And there are many other more reasons...
But today, I have already said sorry to two person...
One was Jeyain and he was cool about it...
The other was Jason Too but despite me apologising, he had instead pissed me off again by saying this:
"You should've put aside your pride and ego and join us"
He actually had the nerve to say this despite being one of the person to start the commotion..
I had said yesterday to Bryan and Sachin that I would slap him on the face if he mentioned about it in school...
But lucky he said it through the Internet or I would have slapped him...
I hope events like this do not happen again anywhere in the future...
I never like arguing or fighting with friends as it would hurt me more than it would them...

So my message here to you readers,
If you can, don't be involved with an argument or fight with a friend...
It is painful and I really do regret my actions in a way...

The Excitement of Being Cheered / Historical school event

Today is both a historical and exciting day for Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan St.Paul (SPI)...
SPI has made history for being the first school in the country and in Negeri Sembilan to be handed the Maybank account book for the recycling project...
A ceremony was held to celebrate this and officially starting this project...
Well respected guest came for this event and so did RTM2 (a.k.a TV2) ....
As usual there were many speeches and finally it was officiated with a symbolic event...
The guest of honor is handed a bunch of newspaper to be weighed and is given money...
This event symbolises the actual event of the students bringing in recyclable objects and being given money..
After that, the principal and the honored guest went down to have a press conference...
The link to the news about this event is :
And the students went back to class...

Later in the afternoon,
We had the lucky draw for the concert tickets that has been sold...
My class , 5 Anselm, has sold the most amount of ticket according to statistics amounting to RM2030.00 while all the other classes have not even achieved above RM1000.00
Because of that I expected that most of the draws will be students from my class....
Me and my friends were getting excited outside of the science lab...
All around the students were standing waiting for the lucky draw to begin...
With my friends, I was acting like my name was being called...
Then, one of my friends came telling me that I have to represent my a classmate to take his prize for being a person who has collected a donation above RM500.00
So I ran across the assembly yard from the science lab and the whole school went wild when they saw me...
They started shouting, whistling and clapping...
I was running down the lane waving my hands and giving out flying kisses ( hehe... )
When I got up to the stage, the teachers were laughing too...
And jokingly, the principal was holding the prize which is a umbrella saying :
"I hit your head then you know" (laughing)
And while walking back to my place everyone continued cheering...
From afar my friends ask me to open the umbrella to show off the prize...
And I did it while walking like a model...
It was so fun...
But the fun did not end there...
As how I acted out earlier where my name was being called, it really happened...
The first draw was my name...
So again I ran across the assembly yard with all the students cheering and clapping....
I ran down the lane again feeling much more excited....
And when I got there one of the teacher said with laughing :
"Looks like it wasn't a waste for you representing your classmate. It was like a practice for you"

Well, what I'm trying to imply is...
The feeling of being cheered on...
It is a very amazing feeling...
It feels like everybody is encouraging you and giving you some sort of energy...
Now I know how it feels when stars or national players are being cheered by the crowd...
It really gives that amazing energy to a person...
Wow... I really hope that in the future I can experience more events like this where I'm being cheered by many...
And to you my readers, I hope you all do your best in life and let everyone cheer you on for who you are, not for who you are not....

A Child's Love

Have you ever seen your parents crying before??
Do you love your parents or do you know it in fact??
Well, everyone does no matter how they treat them..
A child can never hate their parents...
I know that I love my parents a lot especially my mum...
Till something happenned..
Then only did I realise how much more do I actually love her...

I can still remember it well..
It was last Friday night...
My parents went out leaving me and my two brothers at home playing games..
After a few hours, they came home...
My mother came back complaining about my father scolding her so much or blaming her...
Then she went and did some house work...
Soon after my dad came over to the three of us and ask whether we wanted to go out for supper...
We said ok and started to turn our computers off...
My mum did not wanted to follow...
But my dad insisted that she came...
So my brothers went in to call her...
Then my eldest brother came out telling me, "Mama crying"
I was shocked and asked "When??"
He replied "Now" and started to get angry at my dad for doing that...
I saw her coming out locking the door with those tears rolling down her face..
Its no ordinary tear, it was tears of hurt..
In my whole life I think I have never seen my mum cried so sadly before except when she watches drama (that is different XP)
I tell you, each tear was like a needle piercing through the heart...
I felt her pain, I was quiet...
I told my brother, "We should have not gone out la. See now made mama cry"
I felt so bad in a way...
I wanted to just hug and kiss my mum telling her "I love you"
But in the end I did not...
I let her cry her sadness out while I watched..
I almost shed tears looking outside of the car window...
My dad did not know that she cried..
Even despite feeling hurt, she still talk to my dad as though nothing has happenned...
By now I think my brothers would have forgotten that sad moment, but I still remember it clearly...
I never want to see anyone close and dear to me cry ever again...
Its not something nice but if you can feel them, then you love them...
The next morning I asked her "Why you cry la?? Make us so sad you know"
But I said it, not because I did not want her to cry...
I was trying to tell her I love her but I could not speak the word out...
But inspite of all this, I do not hate my father for doing that...
Its just I wish he could show just a little more love for her...
She is a very nice person...
In my life, I think there is no one as good as my mum...
I love you mum...

So...
Dear readers,
Our parents...
They cannot be replaced or bought...
They are God given blessing to us in our lives...
I hope that you all love your parents...
No matter what they do or how annoying they can get at times...
Remember, they always love you and you should love them too...

Falling and rising

Have you ever felt like sometimes life keeps bringing you down??
Do you not know what to do at times???
Do you need help???
Fear not for I am about to share my experience and what I did to make it better....

It was the past few days...
We, the confirmation group students (actually confirmed students), had a car wash that has been planned for some time...
But in this there were some unseen events or actually disasters...
One was on Saturday where my friend reversed the car without realising that a chair was there...
So he hit the chair and the car number plate broke, but that was all just a small case...
It was the second day that was the real killer...

I am in charge for the 2nd day of the car wash since my teacher has not gone for Mass and I already had, I took over....
So I woke up early and arrived at church by around 6.30am....
I was moving around busy getting things prepared for the car wash by myself...
Then suddenly I saw a flash in the sky and was afraid that it would rain...
Well since it was Sunday and I made my obligation to go to the prayer room every Sunday, so I went to the prayer room to say my daily prayer and asked for a good weather and that the car wash goes well....
Slowly the time came....
The rest of them arrived and the car wash started...
Everything seemed fine at first, till something happened...

I was at the back of the line busy leading the two drivers, Luke and Joseph, to park the cars after we were done with it....
But all of a sudden I heard a sound of a car crashing into something....
It nearly gave me a heart attack...
I was so terrified when I turned and saw a car crashed into the wall...
It was none of than Sonia's aunt car...
Her aunt had already said to be careful with her car...
And knowing me, I went there with a lot going in my head.....
I went to find out what had happened...
To my amazement, one of them drove the car without permission.... It was Aaron...
We already had people in charge for driving but he took the car and tried to move it by himself despite being told not to by the few of them...
Then I asked Luke to take the car around and park it at the back....
I started questioning my friend about it....
Sonia was so upset with what had happened and Aaron was feeling scared and guilty...
Sonia started crying not knowing how her aunt would react....
So then things went on....
More and more people came to know about it and finally the higher authorities (sister, teacher Elizabeth, our cathechism teacher) came to solve the problem....
I had a phone call from my teacher who was not around and he asked me what had happened...
I explained and he told me what to do...
We had to stop the car wash and not take in anymore car....
I was frustrated and things got worst from there on....
After much discussion with Sonia's aunt, teacher Elizabeth asked who was the head, in charge of it all, so I raised my head and went to the car....
I was about to explain to Sonia's aunt till I was stopped....
I was actually feeling responsible and scared.....
I was on mixed emotions already....
Then, teacher Elizabeth said, there is no need for explanations....
Sonia's aunt said it was okay and sometimes things just happen....
I was feeling okay at first...
Then, one of my friend called for me....
The uncle who wanted to leave at 8.30am told me off when his car was still being washed...
I told him I had already asked my friends to wash his car but he did not believed me and said "You've forgotten" in quite a fierce way....
It then started to get to me....
On the my way to the counter, I was stopped by teacher Elizabeth and she said something like this "Jason, I did not asked for you to give an explanation. All I wanted was for you to just apologise to the aunty."
She said it in a disappointed tone....
Then, I was already confused and my emotions were getting unstable....
After a while of thinking to myself with a lot of people asking questions, I felt a tear rolling down my cheek....
I was crying already....
I couldn't take it anymore...
At that moment I was talking to someone and I started to try and walk away...
I didn't wanted anyone to see me cry....
My friend who was talking to me realised that I was crying and kept asking "Eh, you okay or not?? "
I said I'm okay and walked away...
Later a few of them came and asked also "Hey Jason, you okay or not?? "
I couldn't stand it anymore I got angry and kept smashing onto the pillar and I broke down...
Ezra, Gilbert.... I felt so bad...
They were there watching as I broke down in tears....
I walked into the hall and sat down on the chair....
Ezra was there trying to comfort me he kept saying "Jason don't like this la"
They all came one by one trying to comfort me....
Even Aaron came and keep apologising but I said "Its ok don't worry "
I kept asking myself in sadness "Why did this happened?? I prayed to you God. How could you let this happened??"
I was angry and sad.... Disappointed.... I started to doubt Him and I questioned him...
I shouldn't have....
After a while I stopped and went out, I sat with the rest in front of that car...
I saw those dent and scratches with the front bumper hanging on one side....
My teacher had finally arrived...
He started saying something which I don't remember and suddenly I couldn't control it....
My tears came down again....
I cried for the second time...
The others who did not know that I cried earlier saw me and they kept asking "Jason why are you crying?? "

Truthfully, most of them thought I cried because of the car incident....
But no it wasn't ....
The truth is that I felt disappointed with myself....
I never ever blame others for something that happens....
I felt that I have let everyone down with poor management....
I felt that I should have been there so I could have stopped him....
I felt that I should organise when to wash which car first and next....
I felt that I should not have been busy at the back and trust them enough to move the cars properly....
I was scared, sad, angry, disappointed....
All the bad feelings that a man could ever feel....
This was our 'fall', not only me but the whole crew there....
But by this 'fall' we had learnt a great lesson and received a good experience....
Through this, I have realised so much more how much everyone cared for me....
Every single one of them was there to comfort me.... I felt so bad that I made that worry...
It was a unexplainable feeling when someone tries to comfort you....
Its just magical...

Later after that, I stopped crying and was relaxed....
I raised my head and saw the others continuing to wash the cars that was already left for us to wash....
I saw some of them who had just arrived....
They were having fun....
So I put myself together and started to take charge again...
I went to them and everyone started to play with water....
Everyone was getting wet...
We were spraying water at one another....
It changed from the car wash which was serious at first into a fun 'human' wash instead....
Everyone was so happy and showing a smile that comes from the heart....
Everyone got wet, so did I ....
We kept playing with water and it was a real stress reliever....
This was the 'rise' of our 'fall' .....

After all the fun with water, we got changed and ready for class...
The class for that day, answered all my doubt and question to God....
Through my teacher, God has spoken to me indirectly...
What my teacher said about this being a great lesson and a good experience was to true....
God had challenged all of us...
I wasn't the only one....
He wanted us to know how hard life can be and we should be strong when we are doing His works....
The car crashing might had been the work of evil powers like my teacher said and I think God has made things right so it changes into an experience....
Then it came to my mind when teacher asked us to tell the class our experience....
I think that this was all similar to the death and resurrection of Jesus....
Like how it is said in the Way of the Cross book....
When we make a mistake, and we learn from it, it is the small death and resurrection in our lives....
I said to my classmates "We should never blame others for something that happened. We can only blame ourselves for it. It is because when we blame another person, there is no one who can comfort him except you. But if we blame ourselves, everyone around us can make us feel better."
And I meant it....
I also said "Only by falling in life, can we then rise again to experience the greater joy of rising. So it is better for us to fall then to never fall. Otherwise we would never be able to experience the joy of rising"
Like how from that sad incident it all changed into a fun,wet time together......
So my dear readers, we should never ever doubt God and always have faith in Him...
We should go through life challenges with a clear mind and heart...
Not forgetting a strong will in prayer...
It does not matter who we are, Christian or not....
Prayer is one of the powerful weapon a person has in life....
And last of all, do not be afraid to fall, just be ready to rise again with that whole new greater feeling....
Thanks a lot for reading and sorry for writing this extremely long post....
Till next time ^^

Confirmation , The 7th of May

It is the 7th of May...
A day that we have been waiting for ages....
The day of Confirmation...
It all started with me being late...
I was suppose to be there by around 5pm but I was late due to unseen circumstances...
But on my arrival everyone was still in the hall and they were pass schedule too...
I entered with a sigh of relieve and went to register myself...
I was amazed with how beautiful all the girls looked and how handsome all the guys were...
Plus everyone was in white which makes it such a beautiful sight...
We were arranged and then taken to the front for a group photo under the blazing sun (But we all got 'hotter' after confirmation... haha XD )
The archbishop, Archbishop Murphy Pakiam (I hope I spelled his name right >.< ), entered first and we followed his back...
After bowing he took our seats....
Mass went on.... blah blah blah....
And then we reached the important part of the celebration....
The placing of the chrism on the forehead of the confirmants...
When it was my turn, I went forward and bowed...
Then I went forward, the archbishop placed his hand on my shoulder and he looked at my name tag and said "Angelo" in a rough but gentle kind of way...
Then, he said " Be sealed with the Holy Spirit" (or something like that) while placing the chrism in a shape of a cross on my forehead...
After that, he placed his hand on my shoulder again and said "Peace be with you" slowly...
A kind of joy that I can explain was felt when he said that...
After that everything went on as usual, and then finally Mass ended...
The most enjoying part came along...
We took another group photo on the altar with the archbishop and cameras were flashing all around....
They were like paparazzi's while we were like superstars ....
It was an awesome (but pain to the eye) feeling...
After the photo shoot was over, everyone went around congratulating each other and give hugs...
I went around giving hugs to most people (I wished I could hug everyone though)
Everyone was still posing around for the cameras... haha :P
It was wonderful how happy everyone seemed.... It was an unforgettable experience...
Though it was just a Mass we had fun....
Everyone sang from the bottom of their heart and praised God with joy...
I have never heard such a lively Mass before...
Sometimes I wish we could always be like that but time will come when we have to go our own ways...
Until Stephanie came up with the most wonderful idea that even I never thought of...
We have decided that we will make it a point to meet up every year on the 7th of May...
And I hope that every year we can always see that smile on everyone's face....
Praise the Lord ^^

My first time in an orphanage

How are you readers?
I hope you are doing fine.
Well I'm wondering, have you ever been to an orphanage??
Because I haven't and today was the first time I've ever been to a home of any kind.
It was the Vinashini's Home at Mambau.
It is a beautiful place where they care for the mentally retarded and disabled.

I woke up early this morning to get ready to head to school.
I was going to follow my Catholic Community Club teacher to go there along with some others namely Bernard, Keith, Cameron and Russell.
We left at 9.35 am and got there around almost 10 o'clock.
We entered the Home and saw the rest who came by themselves sitting by the table at the entrance.
While waiting outside, one of the orphan came out and started shaking hands with all of us.
He was a short Chinese boy with an interesting character.
His name is Sivaji (He is Chinese but they do not know his Chinese name)
He could not speak very well but yet we were able to communicate with him.
And there was another hyperactive boy sitting by the table.
He was making weird noises and doing weird stuff.
Its pitiful if you were there looking at him.
Then we were introduced to the place by the son of the owner of the Home (I forgotten his name >.< )
He said that the monthly expenses to run the Home is RM20000- RM 30000.
It is a huge amount. Can you imagine if the government or the visitors do not give donations how would they be able to run smoothly.
After the introduction, he welcomed us in and gave us a tour around the place.
The orphans are in a wide from of young to older orphans.
It was a huge place well designed.
There was a huge living room with a television, a kitchen, a place for the girls to sleep and a place for the boys which are separated, a playground outside, a room which is going to be used as a study room and a huge space for activities to be held.
After all of that, we sang some songs for the orphans.
We sang some songs that Amos brought along but it was difficult to sing so we decided to sing some nursery rhymes which they could understand and enjoy.
Songs like Baa Baa Black Sheep, Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, and If You're Happy And You Know.
They enjoyed that but not up to how I expected.
It is because they are not like us, they are unable to think well like us and actually understand how fun it is suppose to be.
I felt very pitiful looking at them.
After the singing we were given some time to spend with them individually.
We got to know a cute small kid who was a fast learner, a small hyperactive boy that we call Little Messi, Nitthya(I think thats how its spelled) who is a small girl, Sivaji an interesting short fellow and some others.
We got to know some of their sad stories.
It was sad how some of them lost their parents or some being left somewhere just like that.
Its inhumane of them to do such a thing.
We thought the cute small kid how to write.
As for Little Messi we played around with him.
We thought Sivaji how to 'show some love' with a fist and show the peace sign.
But the one which was very pitiful was Nitthya.
She was left behind by her parents in a hospital when she was young.
She is unable to walk and is blinded on one eye.
We could not communicate with her because we did not know how to speak in Tamil but she communicated with us just by holding our hands.
It was strange how she had fun just lifting and shaking our hands.
But somehow is like God holding your hand and smiling.
There were many more sad stories in that place which I will not mention all.

I took some photos there but I'm unable to upload the photos because of some problems uploading.
I really learnt a lot going to this place.
I have learnt how truly fortunate many of us really are.
This people are unaware of what is happening and are in their own world but yet they can be so happy.
We who are fortunate do not appreciate what we have and we make a fuss out of a lot of things.
I am thankful that people like , Angela Devi, the owner of the Home exist in this world to take care of this kind of people.
They are blest in a way through people like her.
I hope you all will find some time to go visit a Home like this and learn something out of it.
Till then readers, take care.\

Precious memories and belongings / Have faith in God

Have you ever gone through something so memorable that you never want to forget about it....
Having precious stuffs like what you kept from that precious time, photos and all....
Or like in a wedding, a wedding ring....
Or something to remind you of your first kiss....
Well I know I do....
It was that yellow file, not just any ordinary file but the file which I got during my study day and confirmation camp....
But what made that file so precious???
Well, it was what I left inside of it... Not the file....
Inside my file was all the stuffs I kept from my confirmation camp....
But the most precious ones were the affirmation notes left by my dear friends and that small yellow book which was signed by them as well....
But why am I talking about this all of a sudden???
Well, it is because something happened to me yesterday and it wasn't something to be happy about....

Like any ordinary school day, I would be packing my bag around the night after relaxing after school and doing what needs to be done, like around 9pm....
So I did....
I wanted to play around with my sword model of Cloud from the movie Final Fantasy Advent Children which I got for Christmas that night...
While I was packing my bag, I took out my school file to clear it of papers and things I don't need inside of it..
And so I took out all the certificates I got from school in there...
I needed to use it for my Moral folio (which I'm still working on) so I decided to keep it on the cabinet along with my school books...
But I didn't want it to get bent so I looked for a file to keep it in....
Then I saw a pink file.... What was that you ask???
Well it is my file from the media camp....
I don't know why but the moment I saw that file the first thing that came into my mind was....
"Where is my confirmation camp file?? "
So I went around my house to search for it....
I recalled leaving it on my computer desk but after my dad spring cleaned the house for Christmas, everything has moved around....
I had already realised that I lost my song list but now I just realised that I am unable to find my confirmation camp file....
That file had lots of memories and was precious to me as I have explained....
So I went all around the house, high and low....
I asked my brothers and my mother where it was... But still I could not find it....
Then my mum asked me "What is that so precious you looking for?? "
It snapped to me.... If it was so precious, why didn't I take good care of it??  I could have kept it somewhere I can find easily....
I was devastated...
I took sat on a chair with half a bottle of Sprite all alone in despair....
I thought I had lost it....
I feared that it was thrown along with the other stuffs my mother thrown away while my dad spring cleaned the house....
I laid down on the floor of my computer room...
My brother saw me and ask "Are you crying? " .... I said "No" ...
My dad saw me and said "If you tired go to sleep, you look so tired" ....
I wasn't tired but still I went up to go to sleep....
After washing up and everything, I turned off the lights and laid down on my bed thinking....
At first I was angry that my dad spring cleaned the house and made me lost quite a number of stuff....
But then I realised that it really was my fault....
As I was lying on my bed, I said a prayer....
I thanked God with a sincere heart for everything and I prayed....
While I was praying tears shed down my eyes just thinking how blest I really am with everything and of thought of losing my file which I realised was very very precious to me...
I said my prayer something like this....
"   I thank you God for another day of my life...
                                   for my caring father...
                                   for my loving mother....
                                   for my brothers...
for my friends whom I love so much...
for all that you have given me....
I am glad that you give me everything....
You always search for me and I love you God....
But please I ask you, to help me find my file...
Please don't let it be lost.... It's very precious to me....          "
( The actual prayer I said was a bit longer than this but I can't remember it so well because I was crying very sadly that time)

I had full of faith that God will hear me...
Its almost like I shouted out to God with my heart...
And all of a sudden my stairs light when on as soon as I was about to finish my prayer...
My brother came up and he said to me... " I found your file already. It was on the black cupboard. I suddenly remember it. Maybe your song list is in there also. "
When I heard that I was so happy, but I was closing my eyes to hide the fact from my brother that I was crying...
And I said "Just put it on my desk "
He did so and went down...
I was so happy...
I woke up, went to wash my face and opened that file to look at all the things inside...

And I realised....
God was listening to my prayer....
I think he heard me calling out to him...
But in his mysterious way, he did not let me find it, but instead he helped my brother to remember where the file was kept....
So I believe that if you pray, truly with a very sincere heart, God will answer your prayer...
Besides that, I learnt on that night that you should take very good care of things which are very precious to you...
Yes, friendship is not measured by material stuff, but I am a person who likes to keep memories of all the good times.....
So I keep very dearly what I have shared and experience with my beloved friends....
So all my dear readers out there...
If so you have anything very precious to you, I ask of you to take very good care of it....
And remember, something precious can also mean friendship and love....
Till next time readers.....
Don't forget.... >.<

First Day of school

Hello readers.....
Ahhh... Its already been 6 weeks since school ended....
Wow!!! Thats fast don't you think??
Anyways what can I say, its sometimes just so fun to go to school....
Irritating teachers...
Learn new stuffs...
Meeting friends...
Playing around...
Joking around....
Funny teachers...
Ahh.... Nothing could be better than all these...
But then again we have the...
Irritating teachers...
The strict teachers...
The torture of homework...
The punishments....
The RULEZ!!!
Well, thats school life.... But seriously, nothing beats school life...
Its already my senior year.... Wow!!!
I'm form 5 now and man how could it get any worse than going to school....
We have our SPM coming up...
Then its gonna be our last year of school... Imagine not being to see your friends so often....
The torture of always hearing... "You must get straight A's ah" and stuff like that....
Well all this beats going to work and paying taxes and all...
I seriously feel its all worth it...
School life is the best to be precise...
You won't get to see your friends or relax, joke around, make noise and stuff like that once you start working...
I think I went totally off topic...
Well as usual the first day comes with the busy road of students going to school...
Meeting our friends after such a long break....
Its all good here on my side because I really enjoy seeing my friends in school....
Then we had our loooooonnnnnngggggg first day of school speech by the principal as usual....
The results of the PMR for the year 2010 was announced and it was better than my badge by 5% (Man thats crazy)
Then of course we had to get down with all the class management stuffs with the class teacher after that as usual....
Electing the monitor , the assistant, the secretary and all....
Being notified about the PIBG and school payments and stuff....
But then again, something different happened for my class today...
We got the scolding for spending the class fund at Jusco... Haha XD
The teacher said it was corruption at a lower level.... Well it is our fault for not informing her about it...
Then we got our timetable....
Got a new chemistry teacher for this year... She is a nice teacher... Serious, weird way of talking and the 'senang kena bully type of teacher' but friendly in a way....
Then we had to write a "Vision for the Year 2011" for the Physics teacher....
And as usual the Physics teacher always talk in his weird way of "Stop vibrating your voice box" Instead of "Class keep quiet" ....
Basically thats what happened today.... Its the same old same old....
But its fun to go to school after such a long break... But of course I was hoping it would had lasted longer... Haha XD....
Anyways I hope that you all enjoy going to school, especially my senior friends who are currently in form 5 too....
Let's all make the best out of our school life so we can always remember the great times we had in our school life during our days of old....
Take care... Till next time.... (Can't wait to finish my post on my Cameron trip during the weekend XD )

A New Year

Happy New Year my dear readers...
It is truly amazing that it has already been a whole year...
Well 2010 was indeed a great and memorable year...
I had my bad times and I had my good times...
All my friends, family, the people around me....They made it a year I would actually to say never forget..
Its truly amazing how you will look back on everything that has happened the whole year through when it comes to at end but not while its happening...
When I reflect back, I realised I have done many things and many things have happened to me...
Like confessing what you feel to others....
Telling friends big secrets...
Screwing things up..
Fighting...
Getting punished...
Getting closer with friends...
Finding a second "family"....
Falling in love and getting heartbreaks...
Falling into sadness and rising again to soar the skies....
I've seen joy, I've seen sadness...
I've seen love, I've seen hatred...
I've seen light, I've seen darkness...
I've seen people hugging, I've seen people fighting....
But in the end it will all be just memories...
Memories that we will cherish and not let go of....
All of it whether it be bad or good is well remembered in our hearts....
For all I know, there is a feeling for the past in everyone's heart that can never fade...
We remember the good times to put that smile on our face when we are feeling troubled...
And we remember the bad times to bring out that laughter of how stupid it actually was...
We only realise things when it has become the past...
So why don't we just stop.... Yes, stop just for that very brief moment in time and sit.... Just relax and reflect on all we have done in the year 2010 and make our NEW YEAR RESOLUTION!!!!
To be someone better...
To change all that is bad to good...
All that is dark to light...
All that is sad to joy....
All that is hate to love...
And all that is bitter to sweet old memories that we will once again remember in our days of old....
I will keep the year 2010 in my heart forever and use it to start off this year 2011 to the best I can...
I will overcome my weakness and shine as bright as the sun....
Let us all do so to make this world a brighter and better place to live in....
Again, Happy New Year everyone and may the blessings of the heaven be showered upon us all as we begin this year..... 2-0-1-1 .....

Friendship- What it means to me now more than before

Hey readers,
I am feeling kinda down when I wrote this... Well better already actually...
This was how I felt since yesterday evening till now...

I was planning to go to the Christmas Campaign for the Poor caroling yesterday, it was at 7pm...
But I was so obsessed with what I was doing until 6.30...
Then while at was taking a shower, I remembered it all of a sudden....
I have forgotten....
It was too late already at that time...
It was showing 6.45pm on the clock...
I asked my mum and dad whether I can go...
My mum was busy that time preparing for todays BEC caroling...
I was arguing with my mum until she mentioned... "Why never tell earlier??"
Then I replied, "I forgotten lah!!!"...I said it with a hurt in my heart...
I shed tears all alone on the bed after that....
First of all is because I have forgotten something so dear to me that I wanted to do... To go for the caroling with my dear friends...
Secondly, I shouted at my mother...
Third, I am angry with myself for forgetting something that important to me.....
I shed tears all alone on the bed after that....
Till later that night I realised something when I open my cupboard...
I had only one red shirt to use for caroling....
I have to go for the BEC caroling the next day, which is today...
Then I realised God actually had sent a message to me saying... "Don't worry my child. You may have missed that particular caroling. You still have many times to come to spend with your friends. It matters not whether you go for this caroling or not. In the end you have joined the BEC caroling after all the years of staying behind. You are still gonna sing praises to me for my birthday."
I put a smile on my face...
Another thing I realised soon after was that I can still see my friends and give them the Christmas hug I'm gonna miss for not being during Christmas Eve this year for my family is gonna go to Cameron Highlands with my dad's friends....
I saw merely a few of them though but its a wonderful gift just to see them for Christmas.... XD

The First and Last Day of my First ever job

Today was my first day of work...
I'm suppose to go through 10 days of hell...
But thats not what it seems like...

Here is what happened...
This morning I woke up with the thought of not going to work...
I think I actually felt nervous to go to work for the first time ever... I felt like puking a few times...
I even felt like falling sick since yesterday after I came home from Jusco after hanging out with my friends...
I got there around 8.50 or so to make a good first day impression...
Guess what... I waited for a whole freaking hour just for the supervisor, Encik Mazihan ( actually a friendly big guy) , to attend to me...
While waiting I saw many people walking in and out of the staff entrance...
I was asked once too many times why I was waiting there or whether I am a casual worker or whatever that came across their mind...
Soon a nice, soft-spoken young man, Sani, came in to report for duty too...
It was his first day too but he is taking full time...
I had a little conversation with him and we became friends.... But not so close though...
Around 10+ , Encik Mazihan attended to the both of us....
Before going to the admin's room, we were to have a body check , show our identity card ( IC ) and put our bags in the man's locker room...
We went up the unfamiliar pathway in the building towards the admin's room....
We were both seated on an empty desk and Sani was asked to fill a form and later a photo of him was taken...
After all that was done, we were shown around the very familiar parts of the building...
But the thing is he was explaining about how things work around here...
I found out that the staffs (or maybe just Encik Mazihan) followed the Japanese culture which is to bow the moment we come out of the staff area into the working zones...
Jusco is actually split to two different parts.... The Store Department and the Complex Department ...
We were both shown around until we reached the Store Department, which is where they sell the groceries or as we know it as the supermarket....
He took us to the storage room where everything was piled up high....
He introduced us to the guards and showed me how to punch a card ( Yay!! First time punching a card)
After all was explained, Sani was dedicated to another nice man, an experienced worker of course, Encik Fariq...
While I was being shown to where my job is located at...
And guess what??? My job is to actually do what I told everyone I was gonna be paid for... To "Stand and Smile" .... My job is to guard the hampers.... What the hell kind of job is that???
I started work at 11 (according to the time stated after I punched my card)...
I stand at that particular spot for a whole 2 hours.... VERY VERY LONG 2 HOURS!!!
It felt like the time would not even pass by....
The first hour I was standing there happily.... The 2nd I was already half dead I think....
Sani and I were bored like crazy during the 2nd hour.... We had nothing to do actually...
At around 1.20 , Sani and I went to ask the security guard at the staff entrance about our break time....
Well we were way pass our break time, we were not sure about it....
Sani headed off to the mosque for his Friday prayers while I headed to the canteen (actually the Food Court) to have my lunch, Nasi Lemak.... Yummy !!! My mum bought it this morning....
The annoying thing about being a staff is you always have to go for a body check whenever you going out of your working area...Even when heading to eat... LOL!!!
After I was done eating, I went to the toilet (because I had hold it for almost 4 hours since I came) and I returned to the locker to keep my stuff....
Then I walked around a little and finally went to sit on a bench near the World of Feng Shui....
I had a horrible headache.... I was sitting there actually dead >.<

After around an hour or so, I headed back down through the staff entrance to go through the security and enter back to the Store Department to return to my boring old post....
Well the problem people had and all did help me occupy just a little, very little bit of time...
For example, the first man I helped today before my break was showing him to the weighing counter.
Then, a man came by and asked something related to the rice packs he was holding...
He spoke in Chinese so I was not sure, I asked him to speak to the supervisor nearby... Hehe..
Then an unsatisfied customer told me about the cashier charging him an extra 28 ringgit for the cooking oil he bought...
A lady asked me stuffs regarding the hampers...
Besides all that, I saw some of the people I knew...
Some saw me while others did not....

Anyways I was working at the hamper section like I said earlier....

This is it... I stoned there like crazy...

Right in front of this place, the Big Apple's Donut and Coffee...

The thing that actually got me going a little today was this CUTE!!! FUNNY!!! BIG BLUE BEAR MASCOT!!!

At first I took a snapshot of it from my working post....

Then later I roamed a little and took its photo nearby...
Its adorable isn't it???
Many kids gave different reactions when they saw it...
They either get excited, laughed like crazy, or cried...
Hahahahha!!!
But the picture is nothing compare to what he was doing...
I don't know how to explain but his actions was very very funny ^^

Later around 4 after 2 long hours of waiting at my post, Encik Fariq came and ask me whether I was tired at my post...
So he asked me to help with this group of Indonesian man I think with the stocks...
We are to remove the products which are expired or about to be expired...
It is 3 months for local products and 1 month for imported products...
Meaning if it is dated to expire within January to March for local products we are to remove them so they can be replaced with new ones...
That really helped me to pass the time a little...
And then there came a time where these group of man asked me to go to the cereal corner by myself to do the whole row of it....
And guess what.....
I came up with this many items...

Most of it were expired 3 months ago...
So the lesson I learnt here is always check your product's expiry date before purchase...
And then it finally reached...
Time to go BACK!!!
As I was about to leave, Encik Fariq asked me where Sani went...
I realised though before he asked, that Sani never actually came back...
Its either he got too bored of it and did not wanted to come back, or something just happened...
I told Encik Fariq that I am gonna head back home...
I went to the security for yet another body check and returned my pass to them...
Then I headed out and called my mum who was here earlier to pick me up from the back door...
I explained what happened to my mum...
I told her how BOOOOOOORRRRRRRIIIIIINNNNNGGGGG!!!!!
This job was....
And finally when I came home, I felt a little sick...
I could not stand this job for another day...
So after much talking with my mum I decided to quit tomorrow...
Do you know that standing on a spot for an extended amount of time is crazy...
I thought of all the things I could possibly think of to pass the time until I went totally blank in my head...
Time did not even pass at all...
For example, when I looked at the watch it was around 3...
When I looked at it again only 3 minutes passed..
I stopped looking at my watch and space out for a little..
Another 3 minutes...
And it went on and on and on...
This could be the worst experience in my life yet...
I hope you all don't get this sort of experience ever....

Moments never forgotten/ My day in Jusco with my 'Family'

Today was yet another wonderful time spent with my 'Family' which I have explained about in my previous post...
As usual the ideal place to hang out with friends around here is JUSCO!!!
It was all well planned through Facebook...
But the thing is, I never planned to go for this, what they all called 'ROMBONGAN'
But last night, Samantha, my dear friend, asked whether I was coming or not...
At first it was a "No" , but later after talking for a while I said "I'll try my best to come ok??"
And in the end I got a lot of screwing from my mum because I have been spending a lot of money of late, but I went to Jusco...
It was Calvin's birthday, but we celebrated his along with Brendan for Brendan's birthday was just three days away...
I got there and met up with some of them, then we headed for the cinema...
There we saw Brendan all alone who have been waiting for around 30 minutes or so...
We bought tickets and waited for the rest there..
When everyone was here we headed to have lunch at KFC...
Most of us did not eat, which we so called "Diet" .... hehe >.<
Later, Sonia and Esther said they wanted to go to the toilet...
They had it all planned but I think I was the only blur case who did not know that they were gonna surprise the birthday boys...
By the way, I did not had lunch :(
Sonia and Esther actually went to get a birthday cake for them...
They came back with a cake( like I said) with lighted candles of course... 2 candles for 2 boys... hehe XD
We sang a birthday song a took a photo together... Sadly, Elysia, who was not suppose to be with us, did not dare to take a photo with us because she is afraid her mum will find out if it gets posted on Facebook...
We sat there for some time, I shared Brendan's fries and had some of the cake to fill my hunger...
We sat there till it was almost time for us to head for the movie we wanted to watch, Narnia....
Samantha bought a big box of popcorn... Big like as in BIG!!!
And everyone bought whatever they wanted... Not everyone (including myself... coz I came with only RM20)
We shared the popcorn while watching the movie, I think I ate a lot (Coz I was hungry lol >.< )
Anyways the movie was awesome, because I'm a crazy guy when it comes to battle and myth related stuffs, and Narnia is one of them...
It was 2 long hours in that cold, dark cinema room (number 5 hehe ^^ )
We came out and headed for bowling, but sadly not everyone played....
But it was fun, I got a total of 119 score today hehe.... So many strikes and spares ^^
Whenever I see them laugh or smile, I just feel this sense of happiness...
Its like sharing what they feel, its an awesome feeling....
They when for a second game, but my thumb was hurt from the first so I did not join this time....
After that, Sonia and Judy went to play at the basketball machine for a while and then he headed off to McDonald's to eat... Again!!
On the way, we saw Natasha with her mum at the money changer, to change money of course, as they were going to go to Hong Kong the next day...
Daryl went home feeling stressed that he had to go for karate for the second time today while we were eating, and then Samantha headed home too after eating...
After eating, Judy and Sonia wanted to head for Silver Dragon ( or the other way round... I not sure >.< ) , to get their ear pierced (although they already had their ears pierce many times before)
On the way there, Esther left us too... So sad :(
Anyways, ear- piercing is no fun thing to watch...
When I saw that stapler gun looking thing to pierce the ear, I could just imagine how painful it would have been...
Sonia and Judy had their ear pierced (Ouch!!), Brendan was excitingly watching how it was done, I was blur just wondering how painful it is gonna be and Francisca was so scared to watch she actually closed her eyes..
After that painful experience (even though it was not being done on me), Francisca went home with SOMEONE!!! ( I don't want to mention) walking her out.... hehe XD
We went to the arcade again for a game of pool...
Boys vs. Girls
Brendan and me vs. Sonia and Judy
Horrible, boys lost to girls :'(
Used the remaining tokens to play Time Crisis 2 with Brendan...
Sonia went home...
We all called our parents...
Reached the ground floor and I bid my farewell to the those who were still around (Calvin, Brendan, Judy, Wendy) with a nice big hug....
I just love all of this people...
They make me feel so complete in life, its like they make life so beautiful...
I am really blest just to know them, and I hope everyone feels blest with the friends they have...
Friends are magical, they give you a sense of belonging....
Dear readers, I will write on something about friendship in my point of view in another post to come...
But now I have to head for bed because I'm starting work tomorrow.... Haha...
So good night everyone (If it is night when you read this post... Haha XD )

The Confirmation Camp, A camp that touched many and changed us

The Confirmation Camp...
Its not any normal camp I have ever known in my life...
We were the first badge of confirmation students to have our camp at Starfresh Agro Park...
A beautiful place away from the real world, calm, relaxing, comforting....
It may not be the best place in the world, but its a place I will forever remember...
It is where I found the new me.... A place where everybody found their newself...
We have learnt many new things from this camp...
We started out by hanging envelopes around the room, each with our own name written on it...
We were later explained about what it was for, we were all to write affirmation notes to each other..
For this camp, a motivator like no other was sent to us, Martin Jalleh, a man who I think is truely blest to run a camp...He helped us find ourselves in this camp...
He is a very funny man yet at the same time spiritual...
He can make us laugh at almost any time... Very funny man..
He uses videos and songs for teaching us also...
Beautiful videos and songs like the Taize's Bless the Lord Chant, Mary Did you Know,You Raise Me Up,Hero, a voice that amazed all- Susan Boyle, a man that shows us how fortunate and blest we are- Tony Melandez, how much an Earthly father can love his child- Team Hoyt, and how people can work miracles together- The Vocapeople....
He taught us through three different perspective- I,You(others) and God
We have learnt to be happy for who we are and to have faith in ourselves will lead us to greatness. We must never fear what others think of us.
We have to always know ourselves first to know others. We asked ourselves, "Who am I?" . We have to be ordinary to be extraordinary, like an empty cup which can be filled by God's blessings.
We always have a choice in life....
Then, we leant about God's love...
His love is first love, which means he always searches for us first, it is never us who searches for God.
His love is sacrificial.
His love is steadfast. Emeth which means Truth. The reliability, dependability and faithfullness of God to us.
His love is an affirming love.
And finally his love is humorous.
He answers our prayers in his own mysterious way.
The image of God in our head was always painful, but Martin has taught us that God does not necessary have to always be sorrowful but he can also be joyful.
The Laughing Christ

He has taught us the meaning of the sign of the cross which means by the power and authority of God.
But apart from all he taught us.. Nothing was as wonderful as the inner healing session....
It was the first time I have ever been through inner healing...
It is the best experience I have ever had in my whole life...
We were all sitting apart in the room with the lights off...
Martin then played a very beautiful song and an image of Jesus was projected on the screen.
Everyone was sitting in the silence.
While that was happening, we all closed our eyes and he speaks.
He asks us to recall the times of our hurts,to forgive, to thank, to reflect...
As we recall the hurts in our lives, tears of sadness roll down our eyes.
A great and strong presence was felt, like as though God was holding me around his arms and crying with me, feeling all my hurt.
While we were crying, the cathechist, the sisters(nuns), and Martin moved around and said a prayer for each of us one by one.
It was a very touching prayer and it was a weird but wonderful feeling...
I cried a lot and I feel so much more for others who have more hurt than I do...
I feel so sad when I realise how little of love I show to God when he loves me so much, I realise how much my parents love me, I feel sad that I have not said " I love you" to them for so long, I realise how fortunate I am to have such a happy family...
After the inner healing session, I felt so light, like as though all the weight I have for years have just been lifted away as we surrender ourselves to God.
This has changed us, the way we think, the way we see things, the way we feel....
After the inner healing session, everyone went around hugging and comforting one another...
I have never seen all my friends,my companion feeling so much of hurt before...
As I hug them, I felt their pain, their hurt...
I could feel it like as though it was mine...
A friend of mine, Julian, told me this, "I feel very stupid because it took us 16 years to realise all this". And I agree with him a 100%
If we had not pause like the traffic light, like Martin said, Stop, Look and Go, to be in silence, we would not have realise this...
It takes a man like Martin to keep us in this warm silence with the presence of God...
On the final day of this 3 day camp, he gave us a talk on sex education, I find it very useful to us teenagers for it gives us an awareness of what is happening...
It was necessary for us, especially if we are involved in anything like that...
Watching pornography, masturbation, pre-marital sex,etc...
And finally, the parent's session, when we were to sing a beautiful song to our parents, "You Raise Me Up"....
As we sang this song, the parents shed tears, it was sung so beautifully, I felt like it but I did not cry...
Then all of us went to our parents and gave such a warm hug...
In all my life I have never felt such a warm hug as I hug my mother and told her "I love you, ma"...
It has been so long since I last told her that, and it is all thanks to Martin that I was able to do it...
And as we prepare ourselves to head home, everyone again hugged one another saying "I'm gonna miss you,Love you bro/sis, Take care"...
We felt so sad that it was time for us to have been connected to one another by God's love to part our ways...
But it was happy too because we are about to return back to our own family, a new and more holy, more aware Catholic person...
I decided to take the bus home, to be with my family in Christ, just a last few moments of the camp on the journey home to the Church..
We all asked Martin for his signature and promised to keep in touch...
This camp has made us realise that we are one with God in all we do...
Meeting new friends and a growing bond with old ones...
Overcome what we have sealed in our hearts for years...
To forgive ourselves and others, to release all our angers, fears and guilt...
To be prepared for the world...
To be a new person through confirmation...
To say "Yes" to God's call.....
